Paul Ricker

Philosophy:
Teaching and coaching has been my passion and career choice. To this day I enjoy passing the knowledge I have acquired through a broad spectrum of experience to others through the medium of the human body. I find great satisfaction to see others achieve their goals, whether it is recovery from injury or surgery, strengthening the body for competition, or just becoming fit. I find that planning an individual program for a client and their circumstances while teaching correct technique has immeasurable benefits for both parties.

Tiffany Elmer

Personal Trainer

My fitness philosophy started back when I was growing up as an athlete. I ran Cross Country and Track, played competitive basketball, and later competed at the collegiate level. After that, I coached at both the high school and collegiate levels. Over the years I’ve seen just how much exercise can do, not just for your body, but for your mind and overall happiness. It can be fun, it helps manage stress, and it brings people together.
For me, exercise has never been just about how you look or what you weigh. It’s a way of life, and one that plays a big role in staying healthy long-term.
My goal is to help you get moving and keep moving. Your fitness journey is all about pushing yourself, setting goals, hitting them, and maybe even going beyond what you thought possible.
Wherever you’re starting from, some form of movement should be part of your daily life. I’m here to help you move better, enjoy it more, and reach your goals, whatever they may be.
