Class Descriptions

Family Swim: Children age 0-13 are allowed to use the indoor pool area during these family times with direct parental supervision (18+). Children must be on the membership to use family swim times for free. Non-member children brought in during family times need to pay the child day fee of $15. Only children age 7 and over may use the steam-room, sauna or Jacuzzi facilities due to HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS! Club requires members to exit pool 15 minutes prior to club closing to dry off and exit club in a timely manner.

Adult Open Exercise: This time is designated open exercise with no lap lanes. Ages 13 and up. (State of Oregon requires 13 years olds to have adult supervision on pool deck at all time).

Aqua Fit: A moderate shallow and deep end workout. Promotes joint flexibility, range of motion and agility while building cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Aqua Jam: This class blends the Cardio Jam philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Lap Swim/Open Swim: Two lanes will be open for lap swimming. An open water exercise area will be available for non-lap swim exercise. Ages 13 and up. (State of Oregon requires 13 years olds to have adult supervision on pool deck at all time).

Classes and Instructors are subject to change. The front desk will not have information regarding substitute instructors, only class cancellations.

Inclement weather policy: If Oregon Trail School District closes, there will be no morning classes. Evening classes will be determined by 12noon. In the event of a two-hour delay, classes scheduled to begin prior to 10:00am will be cancelled. Kidz Klub service will begin at 10:00am. Please check your local news for OTSD schedule disruptions.
