Membership Hours

Monday – Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm You must read the Terms and Condition and click the box before submitting. You will see a confirmation page verifying that your email was sent. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not hear back from the Membership Department within 24 business hours, please call 503-826-0565 during Membership Hours and ask to speak to a representative.

Manage My Account

Please fill out all fields below. To add a qualified member to your account, please contact a Member Services Representative during Membership Hours.

Membership cancelations or freezes must be submitted by the 15th of the month to go into effect for the following month. Example: Submissions for September must be submitted by August 15th.

All other changes to your membership should be submitted by the 25th of the month.

Accepted processes are electronic forms, in person form signed with a Membership Representative or mail. Not accepted processes are by phone or verbalizing your intention to a Front Desk staff member.

If the requested change in your membership agreement cannot be processed in accordance with your membership, a Members Service Representative will contact you to follow up.I understand that by clicking submit, this is considered my electronic signature and that I am the primary account holder and am authorizing Mt. Hood Athletic Club to make the changes that I have requested to my Membership Agreement. I also understand that club policy for cancelling (by appointment) and temporarily freezing* my membership is the 15th of the prior month and that other changes to my account are not guaranteed for the following month unless submitted by the 25th. Membership dues returned to us not will be charged a $10 late fee.* Members may freeze their entire account for a maximum of three months a calendar year. A $15 freeze fee and any applicable locker rental fees will apply.
