Single

You must be at least 13 years of age to be on a full use Single Agreement. Parent or guardian signature required for ages 13-17. Children ages 13 and under are required to always have adult supervision on the pool decks and amenities per Oregon State Regulations.

Couple

Any two individuals. Minors will require a parent /guarding signature. Children ages 12 and under must always have an adult on the premises.

Family

Includes 3-5 qualified family members. Additional family members are $15 per month each.

Qualified: Immediate, nuclear family members and their minor tax dependents, living at the same residence. No more than two adults over the age of 24 may be on a Family Membership.  Family Memberships with five or more people may be required to show proof that family members are tax dependents and living in the same residents. The club reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time during the duration of their membership. Adult children that age out (24 years) will be notified via email that they are no longer eligible to be on the Family Membership and will be removed.
