Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm
Before submitting your request, please read the Terms and Conditions and check the acknowledgment box. After submission, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
If you do not hear back from our Membership Department within 24 business hours, please call 503-826-0565 during Membership Hours and ask to speak with a representative.

To add a qualified member to your account, contact a Member Services Representative during Membership Hours.
Requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month to take effect the following month.
Example: To cancel or freeze for September, your request must be submitted by August 15th.
Adding or Removing Members
To add or remove a member from your agreement, please schedule an appointment with Member Services.

Other Membership Changes
All other membership changes must be submitted by the 25th of the month.
How to Submit
Accepted: Electronic forms, in-person forms signed with a Membership Representative, or mailed requests.
Not Accepted: Phone calls or verbal requests made to Front Desk staff.
