Our Member Self-Service Portal makes it easy to manage many aspects of your MHAC account anytime, anywhere.
Through the portal, you can:
Update billing information and make payments
Update personal contact details
View and print account activity and check-ins
And more!
To freeze, cancel, or request other membership changes, please complete the Member Account Services Form. These actions cannot be completed through the online portal.
Upon joining, you will receive two separate emails:
One email with your username
A second email with a temporary password and a link to create your account
⚠️ Please note: The account setup link is time-sensitive and expires after 24 hours.
If your link expires, simply select “Forgot Password” on the login page to generate a new setup link. Be sure to follow all instructions provided in the emails.
If you are not the primary member on the account, you will need to:
Use your keycard number as your username
Select “Forgot Password” on the login page to generate a setup link
