Member Self-Service Account Management

Our Member Self-Service Portal makes it easy to manage many aspects of your MHAC account anytime, anywhere.

Through the portal, you can:

  • Update billing information and make payments

  • Update personal contact details

  • View and print account activity and check-ins

  • And more!

⚠️ Important: To freeze, cancel, or request other membership changes, please complete the Member Account Services Form. These actions cannot be completed through the portal.

Getting Started

  1. Click the My Account button below.

  2. On your first login, use your keycard barcode number as both your username and password.

  3. You will then be prompted to create your own unique login credentials for secure access going forward.
