At Mt. Hood Athletic Club, we’re proud to provide family-friendly fitness and recreation for members of all ages. From basketball to racquetball to indoor swimming, our goal is to create safe and welcoming spaces where families can stay active together.

To keep our facility safe, family-friendly, and fun for everyone, please follow these rules:
Membership & Guests: Children may participate in family times if they are included on a family membership. Otherwise, a child guest fee ($15) applies for kids 12 and under.
Approved Areas: During family times, children may use the pools, racquetball courts, basketball gymnasium, and lounge. Please note that special events may occasionally limit access; see posted schedules for details.
Supervision:
Direct parental supervision is required at all times.
Parents may not drop children off in one area of the club while they work out elsewhere.
Older siblings (age 18+) may supervise younger siblings in the basketball gym, racquetball courts, and lounge.
By state law, no child under 14 may use any wet area (pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room) without direct supervision from a parent or guardian age 18 or older.
Behavior: Any children left unsupervised will be retained and the parent paged. Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the club.
Children must be at least 7 years old to use the Jacuzzi, steam room, or sauna.
Ages 7–14 may use these facilities only with direct parental supervision.
Ages 14+ may use them without direct parental supervision.
