Group Fitness Guidelines
Class Access: Your class eligibility depends on the membership package you selected at sign-up.
No Reservations Needed: Just show up and get ready for a fun, inspiring workout (no pre-registration required!)
Dress Code: Please wear clean athletic apparel. Non-marking sneakers are required at all times, except for specific classes (like yoga, Pilates, or cycling) where instructors advise otherwise.
Gear & Hydration: We highly recommend bringing a workout towel. All drinks must be kept in plastic, spill-proof bottles.
Storage: To keep our studios safe, gym bags and bulky items are not allowed inside fitness rooms. Please store them in the locker room.
Studio Etiquette: When a group class is in session, the room is reserved exclusively for participants.
