First come, first serve. Maximum of 12 participants per class
SGT Strength: Small Group Training featuring strength exercises targeting specific muscle groups to build strength and stamina. Classes will alternate between lower body and upper body with core and cardio components.
SGT H.I.I.T.: Small Group Training featuring H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training). This is short periods of intense exercise alternating with recovery periods. This class offers maximum benefits in minimal time. It is a Heart Rate driven class and monitored with your specific heart rate. Burn 20-30% more calories in less time than any other exercise.
