Pool Amenities & Aquatics at Mt. Hood Athletic Club

At Mt. Hood Athletic Club in Sandy, Oregon, we’re proud to offer a wide variety of aquatic amenities and swim programs for members of all ages. From lap swimming to family swim times, and from our relaxing jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room to our seasonal outdoor pool and spa, our facilities are designed to support both fitness and fun.

Whether you’re here to train, recover, or spend quality time with your family, our indoor pool and outdoor pool provide the perfect setting year-round. We also offer swim lessons for kids and adults, plus aqua fitness classes to keep your workouts fresh and effective.

Indoor & Outdoor Pools

• Heated indoor pool available year-round for lap swim, open swim, and family swim.

• Seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck open Memorial Day through summer for fun in the sun.

• ⚠️ Please Note: The outdoor pool deck is locked one (1) hour prior to club closing. Members exiting to the outdoor pool deck during this time may be locked out.

Jacuzzi, Steam Room & Sauna

• Children must be at least 7 years old to use these amenities.

• Ages 7–13 may use the jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room only with direct parental supervision.

• Ages 14 and older may use these amenities independently.

Outdoor Spa

• Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied in the spa by a parent or guardian (18+) at all times.

Pool Deck Supervision Policy

To ensure safety and comply with State of Oregon regulations:

• Children ages 13 and under must have direct adult supervision (18+) on both the indoor pool deck and the outdoor pool deck at all times.

• The Outdoor Pool Deck closes one hour prior to the club closing.
