FitKidz is a fun and engaging program designed to help kids build:

Each class includes a mix of sports, athletic games, agility drills, and circuit training to keep kids active and motivated.
What to Bring: Athletic attire and proper athletic shoes are required to participate.
Led by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Tiffany Elmer, this program provides specialized training to help young athletes reach their full potential. Tiffany brings extensive experience coaching youth and collegiate athletes and is a former Division I collegiate athlete herself.
Each participant begins with a comprehensive performance evaluation, which serves as the foundation for a personalized training plan. The program focuses on enhancing:

Let us entertain the kids with bounce house play, games, Valentine craft, Pizza and refreshments.
Cost: One child – $50 / Two children – $75/ Three children – $100. Members children only
Register through the Kidz Klub during Kids Klub Hours. Space is limited to 20 children. Parent’s must make their appointment and pre-pay. There is a non-refundable 24 hour cancellation policy. There is no discount for late drop off or early pick-up. This is for Members children only.

A high-energy class filled with fun movement activities! Kids will enjoy dancing, jump ropes, hula hoops, bean bag toss, exercise ball activities, parachute games, and balloon exercises.
