Looking for a fun and active way to celebrate? Mt. Hood Athletic Club offers family-friendly event rentals designed for kids, teams, and parents who want something more than the average party venue.

• End-of-Season Youth Sports Parties – Reward your team with a high-energy party they’ll remember! Perfect for soccer, basketball, baseball, and other youth leagues.

Towel Service

Stay fresh before and after your workouts:

• Sweat towels are provided free at the front desk

• Shower towels are available upon request for $2 or with a token

• Please return all used towels to the drop bin at the front desk

Equipment for Loan

Forgot your gear? We’ve got you covered. MHAC has a limited supply of equipment available for members, including:

• Basketballs

• Racquetball rackets

Items are available on a first-come basis. For your security, we cannot hold wallets, phones, or items of high value.

Pro Shop

Our on-site Pro Shop carries a variety of fitness and wellness essentials, including:

• Tanning lotions & nutritional supplements

• Swim diapers & family swim supplies

• Weight lifting accessories & gear

• Seasonal MHAC logo apparel

Stretching & Fitness Areas

Looking for quiet space to recover and recharge? We provide multiple stretching areas, including:

• Yoga Room (upstairs, back corner) — open to members when not in use for group fitness classes

• Cardio Deck Stretching Zone (upstairs near the railing)

• Weight Room Stretching Area (downstairs by the windows)

Please keep all fitness equipment in the designated areas so it’s ready for the next member.
