Kids (Ages 0–6)

At Mt. Hood Athletic Club in Sandy, Oregon, we believe the love of fitness and play starts early — and we’re here to nurture it.

With our convenient Kids Klub childcare services, parents can enjoy their workout knowing their little ones are safe, supervised, and having fun. Our caring staff keeps children engaged so families can focus on wellness together.

When it’s time for kids to get moving, we offer plenty of age-appropriate options:

Toddler and preschool fitness activities that make exercise playful and fun

Seasonal kids’ camps designed to encourage movement, creativity, and social skills

Family fitness times, where parents and children can be active together on the courts and in the pool

At MHAC, we make fitness a family affair — helping even our youngest members build confidence, coordination, and a healthy love for movement.
