Senior Strength & Balance Small Group Training

SGT Strength & Balance Description:
This is a progressive low impact class that will emphasize the needs of our members who have been inactive for a period of time. This class will begin with walking laps and progress to strengthening major muscle groups.

Times/ Days: (Beginning Thursday, Sept. 22nd) Tuesday & Thursdays 11:00am-12:00pm

Cost: $49 per month- Must be paid through EFT with your monthly dues. See a Membership Representative to add this service on to your membership.

Personal Training Policy: Non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the 15th of the month to cancel for the next month. You may do this via email in person with the Membership Department.
