New Year New You 6 Week Fitness Challenge

This six week challenge begins Wednesday, January 2, 2019 and ends Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
Prizes: The male and female contestants with the highest % of body fat loss will win a $200 Cash prize!
- Full Package- $79 (includes two body composition test* and two 30minute sessions with a Personal Trainer)
- Body Comps Only- $50 (includes initial body composition test* and final body composition* test only)
- Includes: Nutrition Workshop– 9:00am-10:00am 1/10 or 1/24 and 5:30pm-6:30pm 1/15 or 1/29 Yoga Room
Weigh ins will take place 7:00am-8:00pm on Wednesday, Jan. 2nd. Weigh outs will take place 7:00am– 8:00pm on February 13th.**
