Senior Strength & Balance Small Group Training

SGT Strength & Balance Description:  
This is a progressive low impact class that will emphasize the needs of our members who have been inactive for a period of time. This class will begin with walking laps and progress to strengthening major muscle groups.

Times/ Days: Monday and Wednesdays 2:00pm-2:50pm

Cost: $49 per month- Must be paid through EFT with your monthly dues. See a Membership Representitive to add this service on to your membership.

Personal Training Policy: Non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the 15th of the month to cancel for the next month. You may do this via email of in person with the Membership Department.
