You may now manage many aspects of you account from our Member Self Services portal. Update billing and make payments, update personal information, view and print account activity and check ins and more! The first time you log in you will use your keycard barcode number for both your user name and password. You will then be prompted to create your own unique login to access this service.

Attention Members
The cutoff for making any changes to your Membership for October is September 15th. 
Memberships on freeze are subject to a $15 montly freeze fee. 
Please note, Annual Fees and any charges made on your account while your Membership is on a freeze status
are not waived and will be billed to you during the next billing cylce.


Membership Hours

Monday - Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm

You must read the Terms and Condition and click the box before submitting. You will see a confirmation page verifying that your email was sent. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not hear back from the Membership Department within 24 business hours, please call 503-826-0565 during Membership Hours and ask to speak to a representative.
