Body Combat Hybrid: This is a virtual class coached by one of our group exercise instructors. This class is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai,
Capoeira and Kung Fu.
Body Pump: With this total body workout get lean, toned and fit – fast. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.
Butts & Guts: This strength conditioning class will target your core and glutes with a variety of exercises using body weight, weights and other equipment. This variety will keep you engaged and consistently challenge your body.
Cardio Jam: Cardio Jam creates a powerful inspiring motivational fitness experience that allows you to reset and connect with others. Heart pumping music, interval style training, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility leaves you energized after every class. This dance party is for everybody!
Grit Hybrid: This is a virtual class coached by one of our group exercise instructors. This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
Pilates: This class combines challenging strength training and body-sculpt conditioning exercises with a Pilates based core to create lean muscle mass and increased flexibility. Beginners always welcome!
Power Spin: This ride is to build leg strength, while focusing on maintaining a challenging cadence and resistance on hills. This interval class is sure to burn up those calories!
Spin H.I.I.T: Ride to the rhythm with this interval training class. Instructors take you on a journey of riding solo or in a group, climbing mountains, chasing the pack or riding the flats.
Spin IT: Cycling class designed to train your body with short blasts of cardio exercises so your cardiovascular capacity will increase. Self paced and safe for beginners too!
Senior Strength: This class begins with a walking warm-up followed by both standing and seated exercises focusing on both upper and lower body strengthening and balance!
Yoga: Provides invaluable life tools for seniors, adults, teens, the yoga challenged and the skeptical! Yoga movements are fluid deep, utilizing foam rolling and stretches synchronized with breathing to increase strength, flexibility and bring mindful awareness to the body.
Yoga 101: This class is classic yoga moves for seniors and beginners to ease into yoga practice and bring mind and body into balance. Taught by a 500 Hr. E-RYT YogaFit Instructor.
