Senior Events/ Wellness
New Walking Class:
Outdoor walking class will be June 3rd- Sept 25th.  Join Eileen for some invigorating outdoor walking thru the highschool trails and on the track.  Meet in the club lobby Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.  This one hour class will be weather permitting- call Eileen at 503-668-8232 to verify if class is cancelled.  Bring your water bottle, indoor shoes, and outdoor shoes. 

Potluck Socials:
Bring your favorite dish and socialize!  Please bring your recipe to share.

Time: Noon-2pmCost: $2
Dates: Fridays- June 27th, July 25th, and Sept 26th.
*Members can bring non-member friends. Sign up at the activity board.

Bingo Fun:
Location: Yoga room
Time: Noon-1pm 
Cost: .25cents card (4 card limit per game)
Dates: Fridays- June 13th and Sept 12th- Members Only.  Sign up at activity board

Young at Heart Fitness Class for Seniors:
Mondays and Wednesdays from Noon- 12:45- Gentle weights, stretching, and strengthening for increased functional ability in everyday life.....   plus it will just be fun!

Casino Trip:
Thursday, June 26th.  Bus boards at 8:30 and will return before 7pm.  Cost of ride is $5.00 Sign up at the activity board.

FYI:
Sandy Bicycle Club meets at Momentum bike shop every Sat. at 9:30am and every Wednesday at 5:30pm for rides.  Join in for adventure and a workout!
