Join Angie for TRX R.I.S.E. & shine this Fall!

TRX has a level of adaptability with virtually no limits. If you’re someone who has never worked out, you’ll find a challenging but proper beginning point. If you’re a “fitness guru”, TRX allows increased intensity progressions by simply changing your angle or moving your feet or hand placement. “Earning your Progression” will be a high point and celebrated with your R.I.S.E team members.

TRX FIt with Jenn

 TRX Fit is a high intensity interval workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity. Experience TRX in a whole new challenging way and have a blast doing it.

 IMG 9379Advanced TRX Class. 45min. in length. Previous TRX experience highly recommended.
