XPFT Extreme Performance Fitness Training- Summer Class
Description: Whether you are training for an obstacle course race or just training to be ready for any challenge thrown at you, then this class is for you! Our XPFT class will challenge you to bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, squirm, and twist. Our XPFT classes are based off of a six week session and progress through that time, so you can be certain to get results with our detailed workouts. Our specialty class will provide you with hands on practice on the obstacles with a Personal Trainer to teach you how to conquer the obstacles! Tired of the same workouts over and over again!? This is the challenge you have been looking for. All skill levels welcome. Includes Fitness Assessment – Fit Test, Weigh In & Out)
Cost: $30/ person for 6 weeks (12 classes) No refund for missed classes.
