TRX Strong Summer Class

This goal oreinted program will focus on different skill conditioning goal each session. This class will feature some our favorite equipment: TRX Straps, Sand Bags and more! Sessions are 6 weeks in duration..  New! Morning classes feature TRXFIt w/Jenn Jennings Class minimum 4/ Maximum 10.

What is TRX Strong? It is a high intensity interval workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity. Experience TRX in a whole new challenging way and have a blast doing it.

Cost: Punch Cards. Buy a 6 ($72.00) or 12 ($120.00) class punch card and pick your class to attend. Punch Cards must be used durning the session purchased for, Un-used sessions do not carry over. No refunds given for unused class visits.

Class Times: Mondays and Firdays 9:00am-10:00am 
 Session Dates:
Spring/Summer Session: May 8th - May 26th on Mondays & Fridays at 9:00am (6 classes only for this session)
