I'm Improving My Health!
I was ready to move my exercise from water to weight bearing activities, after many years of physical limitations due to chronic illness. Working with a personal trainer was the best decision I could have made. By combining strength training, Tai Chi and aerobic activities like Zumba, I consistently pushed towards my goals. By listening to my body, we were able to increase my strength, cardio-capacity, balance and flexibility, I feel healthier and happier about my body fitness than I have in 20 years… Wendy S.
